This is an in-depth journey to master the art of personal development

coaching through the lens of BioTypes. Learn how to create breakthroughs as you integrate the knowledge of BioTypes with the

effective coaching methodologies of Rodrigo Garcia Platas.

In this level of BioType Certification, graduates will receive the official certified seal from RGP Development signifying that you have a strong understanding of how to coach individuals in personal growth through the lens of BioTypes.

Your name will be listed as certified in our list of BioType Certified personnel.

Certification Objectives

• Demonstrate the ability to address people based on BioType and Personality.

• Demonstrate the ability to tee up and lead a conversation.

• Demonstrate the ability to create catharsis in conversation.

• Demonstrate the ability to create an accurate growth trajectory for coachee.

• Demonstrate the ability to breakdown a person’s breakthrough to them. 

• Demonstrate the ability to powerfully/inspirationally wrap up a conversation at the end of a session.

• Demonstrate the ability to plan out next sessions for coachee.

Graduation from the Coaching Certification is not guaranteed.

Certification students must meet all graduation requirements

and pass the final competency.

Must be a graduate of the Intro to BioTypes or BioType Basics,

Balancing Your BioType (BYB), and General Certification Program.
